The National Education Association - Dallas (NEA-Dallas)
is more than an organization. We are committed to ensuring
that we have Great Public Schools for every child in Dallas, and
that quality public schools are the foundation of Dallas' future.
We believe public education is the foundation of our democracy.
It is the vision of NEA-Dallas to unite the education, from the
teacher to the custodian, to advance and promote quality
education.
Our mission is to unify professionals, students, parents, and
community to positively impact public schools.
The National Education Association - Dallas is about POWER, PROTECTION, and PROFESSIONALISM.
It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as President of the National Education Association–Dallas.
Throughout my union journey, I have believed that every member deserves a strong voice, unwavering advocacy, and the highest level of representation. That commitment continues to guide my work every day.
As your President, my mission remains clear: to fight for our members wherever we are needed—at the bargaining table, on our campuses, or at the Capitol. NEA–Dallas is strongest when we stand together. Together, we will continue to strengthen our union, protect our profession, and advocate for the respect and resources our members deserve.
